Core Banking Transformation Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead large parts of multi-million Core Banking releases. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the transformation of Core Banking systems, working closely with internal IT specialists and client partners throughout all phases of our Delivery Framework (Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Deploy, and Operate).

This role is part of our delivery ethos, 'agile for the Customer,' where you will collaborate with Business and Service Assurance teams to ensure smooth transitions into customer environments with minimal disruption. You will also engage across client IT communities to drive improvements and deliver intended business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large parts of multi-million Core Banking releases;
  • Deliver initiatives that enable clients' digital ambitions;
  • Operate within our delivery ethos of 'agile for the Customer';
  • Collaborate with Business and Service Assurance teams;
  • Engage across client IT communities to drive improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' enterprise technology and transformational change experience;
  • Specific Core Banking delivery experience would be beneficial;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences at senior levels within the organization.
