Customer Service Representative

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization as a Customer Service Representative. As the key interface with customers, you will support all aspects of the order and demand process, working collaboratively in a team environment and in partnership with Sales Representatives.

You will be highly motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our drive towards excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process a large volume of urgent orders in an error-free manner under rapid turnaround constraints.
  • Coordinate product delivery into sites and ensure that all customers' requirements are met.
  • Process Sales and stocking orders in a timely, error-free manner.
  • Proactively respond and manage customer calls/queries in a professional manner.
  • Provide support to the Sales Team and other members of the operation as required.
  • Promote a patient-centric focus in order to mitigate errors in product/service delivery.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build trusted relationships with Sales Representatives.
  • Provide necessary support to team leads and the wider team functions.

  • Good administrative and IT/computing skills.
  • Prior knowledge of Navision is a real advantage.
  • Ensures that work is executed accurately and completely, paying close attention to the detail.
  • Previous experience of clinical, pharma or medical device support is a real advantage.
  • A passion for developing and raising the bar on the customer experience.
  • The ability to provide innovative insight for Continuous Improvement.
