Job Description

We are seeking a Content Strategist to lead the organization and management of content for our digital properties. This role will focus on owning the information architecture, structuring content, and unifying existing segmented assets into a cohesive experience.

The ideal candidate will help define content management system (CMS) requirements, recommend platforms for documentation authoring, and create high-quality content that supports universal customer journeys, patterns, components, tokens, and more.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how users interact with our design systems by creating organized and accessible content that drives consistency across digital experiences.

Your Role And Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the information architecture and content hierarchy of our digital ecosystem.
  • Organize and unify segmented content assets to ensure consistent user experiences across all customer journeys.
  • Audit and evolve existing content to improve usability, clarity, and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain content standards, guidelines, and governance models.
  • Champion inclusive language and accessibility best practices across all touchpoints.
  • Lead guidance on content management system (CMS) requirements for documentation authoring.
  • Provide recommendations on selecting an appropriate CMS platform based on project needs.
  • Author clear, concise, and accurate documentation for patterns, components, tokens, and other design system elements.
  • Ensure quality control in documentation creation to maintain fidelity with established information architecture standards.
  • Use data and user feedback to inform content decisions and iterate on solutions.
Required Skills And Qualifications

Required Technical And Professional Expertise:

  • A strategic thinker with 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy—preferably within design systems or developer-focused environments.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • History maintaining information architecture principles within a website or software-based product.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms used for documentation.
  • Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and navigating ambiguity.
  • Proficient in tools like Figma, GitHub, and CMS platforms.
  • Familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG), inclusive design principles, and localization workflows.
  • A strong communicator who can advocate for content design and influence without authority.
