
Full Time Maintenance Technician

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the site facilities lead to ensure the smooth operation of our contract. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and work collaboratively with our client.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the facilities site lead in promoting excellent customer service, establishing strong working relationships with the client, and adhering to all health and safety legislation and company policy.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the facilities site lead in reviewing existing services, specifications, processes, productivity levels, and quality control.
- Assisting the facilities site lead in undertaking regular site and service inspection tours, identifying areas that require improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Managing subcontractors on site and ensuring adherence to company contractor management guidelines.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance and facilities management, with a strong understanding of health and safety procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Education and Certifications:
Must hold a relevant qualification in maintenance or facilities management, such as a diploma or degree.
Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and other site tickets are highly desirable but not essential.
