Job Description

Campion Insurance is a leading insurance broker in Ireland, providing comprehensive solutions to meet the diverse needs of its clients. We cater to various insurance requirements, including home and motor insurance, as well as complex commercial business packages. Our product range extends to health, life, pension, investment, and mortgage products.

We seek a proactive and motivated individual to join our Personal Lines Team at our Ennis Bindon Street Branch as a Junior Insurance Agent. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, handling Motor, Household, and Van Insurance Policies, and collaborating with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Campion customers.
  • Manage Motor, Household, and Van Insurance Policies efficiently.
  • Engage with insurance companies to address customer concerns and provide guidance.
  • Offer expert advice to customers across 15 product lines.
  • Process insurance policies while adhering to compliance standards and GDPR regulations.
  • Handle customer payments promptly.
  • Field high-volume customer calls, primarily inbound and occasionally outbound.
  • Meet weekly, monthly targets, and satisfy key performance indicators (KPIs).
