Architectural Design Specialist

Support the engineering design team and contribute to the success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and draughting skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings
  • Building and site surveying
  • Preparation of Planning Applications

The successful candidate will also have a flexible approach to work and be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead the design of small and large-scale projects.

Requirements:

A degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology/Construction/Engineering, with at least 2-3 years' experience in an architectural/engineering consultancy. Revit experience is essential, as is strong knowledge of current Irish Building Regulations.

Benefits:

Salary €40k -€50k per annum depending on level of experience.
