You'll be the face of our technical expertise, conducting compelling product demonstrations and presentations to communicate the value proposition of our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through infrastructure decisions and becoming their go-to resource for expert advice.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical consultation to potential clients to address their technical needs.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing client accounts based on their future growth plans and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new business.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the technology industry, with strong relationships and trust-building skills.
  • Expert knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards, racking, and power distribution.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware, networking equipment, and related components.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients through effective communication and technical expertise.
