Department Leader

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage our textile department. This is a key role within our business, and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure that all sales staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure that inventory is managed effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
