Job Title:
Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Outpatients DepartmentWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our team in the Outpatients Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of nurses in the Outpatients Department, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Registered on the Live Register in the General Division of the Register of Nurses as maintained by the NMBI.
- Five years post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting, with a minimum of one year in a surgical setting within the last three years.
- Recognised level 8/9 Orthopaedic Nursing qualification.
- Demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development.
