About the Role

As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes:

  • Welcoming guests and checking them in/out of the hotel
  • Providing information and recommendations on local attractions and activities
  • Handling guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise

You will also be required to maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
