Job Description:

Docusign, a global leader in agreement acceleration, is seeking a skilled Customer Success Operations Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the Customer Success organization, you will provide thought leadership regarding data and actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

This individual contributor role reports directly to the Director, CS Operations EMEA, and is responsible for creating and managing dashboards to provide visibility and monitoring of key metrics relevant to the region. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience using salesforce.com and BI tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.

  • Create and manage dashboards to provide visibility and monitoring of key metrics relevant to the region
  • Perform recurring and ad hoc analysis to identify trends, impacts and root causes across Customer Success
  • Communicate regularly on business/team performance, making recommendations based on analysis of key performance areas
  • Presentation of insights on key customer success metrics to other stakeholders to drive performance
  • Identify inefficiencies and support implementation of solutions to enhance Customer Success team productivity and processes
  • Creation and monitoring of indicators using multiple data sources to extend understanding of risk in the customer portfolio
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as well as fulfill ad hoc data requests
  • Act as liaison between global success operations team and regional leadership team to ensure alignment and implementation of global initiatives
  • Build executive presentations (e.g. Quarterly Business Reviews) and craft messages in collaboration with Sales Leaders
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience working in a manager role, ideally in a customer-facing or sales team within a management consultancy or tech company. Fluency in English is required.
