Operational Insights Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Insights Analyst to join our team in Dublin.

  • This role will involve delivering in-depth analysis to improve efficiency across global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations to track performance and impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Policy) to identify improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making.
  • Conduct data-driven deep-dives to highlight risks and gaps.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical background with SQL and Excel/Sheets (Python/R a plus).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or Operations Analytics.
