Dublin City - Hybrid (4 days on-site)

This role sits within the Investment Operations team, focusing on performance measurement, analysis, and reporting across a diverse multi-asset portfolio, including fixed income, equities, derivatives, and private investments. The position involves close collaboration with investment teams, external managers, and IT to enhance reporting, data accuracy, and automation processes.

The position involves close collaboration with investment teams, external managers, and IT to enhance reporting, data accuracy, and automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly performance reporting, data gathering, and reconciliation
  • Compare portfolio returns to benchmarks and industry standards
  • Maintain portfolio and strategy benchmark data
  • Investigate and resolve performance discrepancies
  • Assist with performance and attribution reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance systems, automation, and data governance
  • Prepare and present performance reports using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/Power BI

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 3+ years in investment operations, middle office, or performance analytics
  • Solid understanding of investment products, especially fixed income
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; attention to detail
  • Experience with Tableau/Power BI and BlackRock Aladdin is a plus
