Delicatessen Operations Manager

We are seeking a charismatic leader to spearhead our deli counter operations.

  • Spearhead daily operations of the deli counter, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Lead and motivate deli staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and waste control to optimize business efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Present prepared deli products to a high standard.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a deli, food retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (training can be provided).
