Insurance Account Manager Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to fill the position of Insurance Account Manager.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client insurance needs, ensuring timely renewal and claims handling, and working closely with the Account Director to achieve sales targets.

Salary and Benefits:

* Competitive base salary + annual and commission bonus

* Hybrid model - 2 or 3 days from office

* Salary: €40,000 p/a

Bonus Structure:

• Annual Bonus: Performance-based, reflecting both company success and individual achievements

• New Business Commission: Generous commission for each new business brought in, increasing with success

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client insurance requirements, including renewals, alterations, and claims

• Work towards achieving personal financial targets and contributing to sales goals

• Build strong relationships with customers

• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly and yearly targets and adhere to processes

• Assist Account Directors with client support as needed

Requirements:

• APA or CIP qualifications

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and task management

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic

• Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and making a positive impact in the insurance industry
