Job Description

The role is focused on delivering high-quality governance and oversight of outsourced activities.

This involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our Group operations remain compliant with the latest regulatory standards.

You will be responsible for maintaining the Group Outsourcing Framework, supporting the operation of the Group Outsourcing Forum, and conducting ongoing analysis of regulatory changes in relation to outsourcing and delegation.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the Outsourcing Register
  • Supporting regular due diligence reviews of outsourced providers
  • Undertaking SLA monitoring and assisting with the completion of regulatory applications as required

In addition, you will provide guidance to the business as a subject matter expert and support the preparation of written and verbal reports to Boards, Senior Management, and externally where required.

  • A university degree and/or a relevant professional qualification
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, including experience of performing oversight of outsourced activities within a financial services environment
