Senior Nursing Quality Lead

Nursing Quality Leaders play a pivotal role in our healthcare organization, overseeing the delivery of exceptional care and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
We are seeking two experienced Quality Specialists to join our team.
In collaboration with Nursing Home Directors, you will champion best practices and drive a culture of quality and resident-centered care.
- Provide guidance on maintaining high standards of care aligned with HIQA regulations.
- Lead audits, implementation of quality assurance systems, and improvement plans.
- Ensure PICs and teams are informed about regulatory updates.
You will also assist in developing policies and procedures, ensure consistent implementation across all homes, and support local adaptation as required.
- Mentor PICs in clinical governance and compliance.
- Support staff training programmes and promote a learning culture.
You will oversee safeguarding frameworks, monitor incident reporting, risk registers, and complaints, and collaborate with teams to reduce risk.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and compliance status for Senior Leadership and the Board.
- Contribute insights and data to shape the quality agenda across the organization.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement.
- Full Irish driver's license and willingness to travel across sites.
Experience in quality, governance, or compliance within healthcare is essential, along with strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
