As a Clinical Nurse Manager III, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care. - Recognize staff achievements and contributions.
Quality Improvement and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and accreditation standards.
- Encourage ongoing review and improvement of practices.
- Support research dissemination and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered nurse with NMBI in the general division.
- Post-registration qualification in intensive care nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an acute hospital, including management.
