Key Responsibilities
  • Lead trade surveillance-related projects to enhance compliance, governance, and risk controls
  • Simplify and automate workflows to boost efficiency and transparency
  • Influence senior stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams on high-value programs
  • Ensure delivery against business objectives while mitigating risks and managing competing priorities

You will require proven experience in capital markets, trade surveillance, and project/program management. Your skillset should include:

  • Proven expertise in capital markets, with hands-on experience across financial products and asset classes
  • A strong background in trade surveillance, compliance, and market integrity initiatives
  • A track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects and leading cross-functional teams

Additionally, you should be skilled at cutting through ambiguity to deliver clear, actionable solutions and able to balance competing priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Exceptional communication skills are required, with the ability to simplify complexity for any audience. Organized and proactive individuals who can manage dependencies, risks, and follow-ups will thrive in this role.

Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is also essential for efficient delivery and collaboration.
