Job Overview:

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure within a manufacturing environment.

  • Key responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining stock management systems to reduce downtime and streamline supply chain operations

    • Serving as the primary liaison with system providers to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively

    • Implementing system updates, enhancements, and configurations as needed

    • Conducting troubleshooting and performance checks to identify and resolve issues

    • Delivering training and ongoing support to employees to ensure confident and effective system use
