Job Title: Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to spearhead our fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to conclusion.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a strategic fundraiser, responsible for planning, managing, and implementing programs and initiatives that achieve fundraising goals and mission impact.

Main Responsibilities
  • Spearhead project development and implementation
  • Apply critical thinking to quickly identify solutions to complex problems
  • Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, and articulate strategies with various audiences
  • Maintain an open-minded approach to new ideas and adapt to changing situations
  • Motivated by the idea of working across philanthropic sectors
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data
  • Demonstrated business acumen in either a professional or academic environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, and prospective donors
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Great storytelling skills and strong public speaking skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to temporarily relocate and/or travel to client sites
