Production Welder

As a key member of our production team, we are seeking an experienced shop welder to join our ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of high-quality components using various welding techniques.

We are looking for a skilled professional with prior experience in production welding and a solid understanding of metal properties. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Determine the necessary welds and methods required for each component.
  • Properly align components to facilitate smooth welding.
  • Weld 14 and 16 gauge stainless steel components as part of a collaborative team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in production welding is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of metal properties and welding techniques is required.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with GMAW, GTAW, and Pulse GMAW equipment is desirable.
