Document Management Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support the design and tendering of water treatment projects across various sectors. The successful candidate will assist in managing project registers, preparing documentation for client portals, and coordinating information from multiple ongoing projects.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and maintain project trackers to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and upload project documentation to client portals as required.
- Coordinate project information to facilitate smooth communication among teams.
- Attend virtual meetings and take meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.
- Support the preparation of project quotations and documentation for client handover.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project reports for internal and client review.
- Manage project documentation milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in water treatment or engineering.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of completing Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to a wide range of water treatment projects.
- Strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic, proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn MS Project and Sage software.
