Housekeeping Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our properties meet the highest standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting our high-quality benchmarks. This will involve inspecting all rooms and assisting with general housekeeping duties as required.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be expected to assist our Housekeeping team in implementing and upholding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • Adaptability: ability to respond quickly to feedback, guest needs, and operational demands.
