As a senior associate, you will be involved in the management of complex transactions and providing expert advice on property law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across a diverse range of property law matters, demonstrating exceptional critical thinking skills.
  • Engage in high-profile transactions, including commercial property buying/selling, title investigation, and due diligence.
  • Provide expert guidance on residential tenancy law, landlord/tenant disputes, and other related areas of property law.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience is required for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven ability to mentor and foster a positive team culture.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
