Key role in label management and artwork maintenance is required for a hybrid position that oversees all aspects of labeling.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and timely availability of label files across all platforms.
  • Hold labels on hold as necessary and verify stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Archive outdated label files following established internal procedures.
System Maintenance & Updates
  • Maintain Excel tracking sheets and ensure data integrity.
  • Update QAD system with label status and progress information.
  • Monitor and track label progress, providing regular updates as needed.
Customer Support & Supply Chain Management
  • Assist customers in creating and developing label artwork.
  • Review customer-supplied artwork and printer proofs for compliance with specifications.
  • Communicate regularly with the supply chain team regarding label development timelines and readiness.
Artwork Creation & Amendments
  • Design and update label artwork using Adobe InDesign software.
  • Prepare print-ready PDF files from existing designs.
  • Convert QuarkXPress files to InDesign format as required.
  • Generate PDFs for both print production and online use.
Documentation & Procedures
  • Develop and maintain internal procedures related to label creation, file management, and artwork verification.

Experience in graphic design, artwork creation, or label coordination is essential for this role. Familiarity with printing standards and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are also highly beneficial.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial for success in this position.
