As a Sales Specialist, you will drive sales of High Voltage Switchgear and Transformers Products, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets.
- Sales & Profitability: Assist in driving sales by promoting transformer and High Voltage Switchgear products, ensuring optimal volume and profitability.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions for a positive experience.
- Sales Planning: Create and manage sales plans using internal tools; monitor progress and implement recovery strategies when needed.
- Value Creation: Use effective sales techniques to ensure successful deals, aligning proposals with company offerings and terms.
- Marketing & Promotion: Support marketing efforts and communicate value propositions effectively to customers.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Sales Administration: Handle administrative tasks, support collections, and assist with project management as required.
- Offer Management: Prepare competitive offers in coordination with internal teams, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; or suitable relevant work experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in electrical industry and front-end roles within the High Voltage market, including sales or sales management.
- Skills: Strong technical foundation with a degree or relevant qualification; deep knowledge of the electrical industry, customer segments, and Hitachi Energy's offerings. Skilled in managing multiple quotes simultaneously, with a focus on customer communication and timely updates.
- Priorities: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a results-driven setting.
