We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive sales of High Voltage Switchgear and Transformers Products, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales & Profitability: Assist in driving sales by promoting transformer and High Voltage Switchgear products, ensuring optimal volume and profitability.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions for a positive experience.
- Sales Planning: Create and manage sales plans using internal tools; monitor progress and implement recovery strategies when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; or suitable relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in electrical industry and front-end roles within the High Voltage market, including sales or sales management.
- Strong technical foundation with a degree or relevant qualification; deep knowledge of the electrical industry, customer segments, and offerings.
- Skilled in managing multiple quotes simultaneously, with a focus on customer communication and timely updates.
- Demonstrated ability to develop client-focused solutions, drive new business creatively, and deliver results in a competitive environment.
