Network Planning Role Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop a career in network planning and design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and designing fibre networks across Ireland and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network design principles and experience working with various tools such as ARC GIS and SolidWorks.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to work well under pressure, and has excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a desire to continually improve performance, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Designing fibre networks using various tools
  • Planning fibre-to-the-home (FTTX) networks, including validating fibre routes and identifying key entry points
  • Preparing materials lists and construction documents
  • Providing project updates and data analysis
  • Quality checks and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • IT literate with MS packages
  • Positive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong desire to continually improve performance
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Flexibility to travel if required
  • Full clean driving license
