Job Title: Warehouse Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused warehouse professional to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
• Loading and unloading logistics vehicles in a timely manner
• Identifying any missing or damaged freight and reporting immediately
• Supporting the scanning of Inbound freight and printing labels, logging all items on the WMS
• Uploading documents and inbound shipments on Infor system, also outbound shipments
• Maintaining the warehouse and perimeter of buildings
• Assisting with tasks required by customers such as sampling, breaking down pallets, labelling
• Planning loads in and out and arranging transport on Azyra system
• Handling customer stock takes and reports
• Utilizing Azyra, Infor and Pepsi SAP system daily
• Identifying areas for process improvement

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an individual with knowledge of operating a forklift, able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate time management skills. It is essential that the successful candidate can work independently and as part of a team.
