Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: West Kerry Distribution Centre

Overview: My client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with proven leadership, training, and mentoring skills. Based at the West Kerry Distribution Centre, you will manage a team of warehouse personnel, working alongside other colleagues in the business.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills (to be assessed at interview)

Package:
  • Full-time, Permanent (Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:30)
  • €40,000 – €45,000 basic salary
  • Profit Share (€1,500 – €2,500 per annum)

Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Warehouse Team to ensure first-time right delivery and high customer satisfaction
  • Develop efficient systems and explore new technologies
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Monitor performance and meet team targets
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage staff recruitment, retention, performance appraisals, training, and mentoring
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar leadership role
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, train, and motivate warehouse staff
  • Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, WMS software, and Microsoft Office Suite
