As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our warehouse.

  • You will assist the Warehouse Manager in ensuring that all goods are stored and retrieved efficiently.
  • You will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, including offloading, picking, loading, and routing.
  • You will support the scheduling and routing of delivery trucks to ensure timely deliveries.
  • You will provide cover as acting supervisor during absences, taking charge of the warehouse operations.
  • You will maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting, with a desire to move into a leadership role.
  • Able to lift and move heavy objects, and comfortable with manual handling.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, able to work under pressure, and confident working independently.
  • Holding a Full valid B Manual Driver's Licence, Manual Handling Certificate, and Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
