We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Warehouse Executive to join our team in ensuring the loading/unloading of logistics vehicles is done in a timely manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all logistical operations are conducted efficiently, including the loading and unloading of goods from vehicles.
  • Identify any missing or damaged freight immediately and report accordingly.
  • Support in scanning inbound freight, printing labels, logging items on the WMS, uploading documents and shipments on Infor system, and arranging outbound shipments.
  • Maintain the warehouse and perimeter of buildings in good condition.
  • Assist with tasks required by customers, such as sampling, breaking down pallets, and labeling.
  • Plan loads in and out and arrange transport on Azyra system.
  • Handle stock takes and reports for customers.
  • Daily utilize Azyra, Infor, and Pepsi SAP systems to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Continuously identify areas where processes can be improved.
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Awareness of operating a forklift is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills are necessary for success.
