Warehouse Management Professional

This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated and capable individual to join our organization as a Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the warehouse team, including all support functions.
  • Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers.
  • Assist the warehouse team in picking, loading, and unloading stock throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain health and safety regulations; keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly.
  • Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks, such as statutory records, timekeeping, and disciplinary management administration.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in leading a team in a warehouse environment (minimum 2+ years).
  • Proven IT skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and stock control systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work in a pressurized environment and interact with individuals at all levels.
