We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior warehouse leader to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership and clear direction to all team members, including support functions.
  • Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse activities, including receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies, and maintenance of inventory.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers.
  • Assist the warehouse team in picking, loading, and unloading stock throughout the warehouse.
  • Observe health and safety regulations; maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks required by the operation are completed correctly and on time, including statutory records, timekeeping, time in lieu hours, accident reports, and disciplinary management administration.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in leading a team in a warehouse environment.
  • Proven IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong ability to manage stock control systems.
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy environment and meet specific deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment and with individuals at all levels.
