Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client's prestigious team. As a key member of the global service team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining harbour cranes, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.


Main Responsibilities
  • Service, repair, and maintenance of harbour cranes, both planned and reactive maintenance
  • Effective troubleshooting and fault finding to diagnose and ensure corrective action on any equipment and machinery faults
  • Assist with and help complete commissioning of machinery and equipment post installation

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A mechanical background, such as a trade or qualification, or several years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in a field-based service role with heavy machinery, preferably in the construction or maritime industry
  • Strong mechanical acumen and knowledge of low voltage electrics is an advantage
