Job Description

As a Senior Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

You will assist in developing tools and reports to analyse and run the business, including workflow optimisations, workforce management, and volume predictions. Additionally, you will help resolve staffing requirements and participate in interviewing and hiring processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have a consistent track record in people management, leading teams passionate about consumer-facing applications, content or service.

Additionally, you should be able to empower and drive team performance, be accountable for business priorities, and have excellent forward thinking capabilities, enabling you to see beyond the current state, identify risks/opportunities and drive project teams toward the desired program outcome.
