Job Title: Engineering Visionary

We are seeking a skilled technology leader to oversee the full lifecycle of software development for our flagship communications product suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams of engineers across different disciplines to drive Software Development and Architecture forward
  • Own product development delivery for Employee Communications ensuring timely and quality delivery across the product roadmap
  • Represent Employee Communications Engineering across the wider Product & Technology organization to ensure DevOps, QA, Product Design capabilities and delivery plans align with product delivery roadmap
  • Lead development best practice across the Engineering function to ensure sound development discipline, efficiency, and quality
  • Collaborate with the team, management, and other teams to develop a culture of continuous improvement (process and technical)

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is required
  • 15+ years of engineering leadership experience with people management responsibilities
