Delivering Exceptional Global Mobility Experiences

The role of a Global Mobility Specialist is to play a key part in the delivery of exceptional employee experiences in global mobility. This involves working closely with employees, recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors to ensure smooth and compliant outcomes.

The specialist will be responsible for advising on mobility policies and processes, coordinating immigration and tax evaluations, managing relocation lifecycles, expense reviews, and pre-decision assessments. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate immigration and mobility data in internal systems and handling service tickets and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising employees and stakeholders on mobility policies and processes
  • Coordinating immigration and tax evaluations with external partners
  • Managing relocation lifecycles, including expense reviews and pre-decision assessments
  • Maintaining accurate immigration and mobility data in internal systems
  • Providing support and resolution for employee queries and issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Global Mobility or a related field
  • Strong operational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
