Junior Quantity Surveyor Role

This role involves providing commercial and contractual administration support to senior QSs and/or Commercial Managers.

  • Undertake internal valuations and produce cost reports
  • Support the management of applicable subcontract packages and oversee payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Assist with reporting on project budgets and variations
  • Distribute and track invoices to various project owners/leads for approval
  • Respond to and resolve enquiries from Suppliers, Procurement, and Finance departments in a professional and timely manner
About Us

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal valuations and cost reports
  • Subcontract package management
  • Project budget and variation reporting
  • Invoice distribution and tracking
  • Enquiry resolution
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a similar trade
  • 1-3 years postgraduate experience in the construction sector
  • Able to achieve demanding time and quality targets
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • High computer literacy
  • Fully licensed and able to own reliable transport
