- Oversee bar, floor, and event operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and promotional initiatives.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Deputise for the General Manager in their absence and take full responsibility for venue operations.
- Previous management experience in a high-volume bar, venue, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of stock control, labour management, and profit/loss statements.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required.
