Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to deliver exceptional retail standards in a fast-paced environment. They will oversee the front of counter retail business and team, striving to meet sales targets as agreed with the Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain pharmacy standards and ensure staff are clear on expectations.
- Ensure excellent retail standards and practices are in place, including category management, merchandising, stock control, and standard operating procedures.
- Handle cash and receipts correctly, addressing any issues with staff as required.
- Implement product promotions and policies introduced by Management Services.
- Secure stock, property, and keys, ensuring staff and customer safety.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and tidy pharmacy environment, addressing health and safety issues promptly.
- Keep business details confidential.
- Lead by example, coaching staff to deliver professional and efficient customer service.
- Develop a culture fostering innovation, flexibility, and ambition.
- Lead the team, promoting cooperation and flexibility among employees.
- Exceed customer expectations, making our pharmacies the local destination of choice.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and provide regular updates.
