Senior IT Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Technical Expert to join our team in Dublin. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-level technical solutions and support to clients.

Job Description:

  • Design and implement advanced security solutions using hardware and software technologies.
  • Manage technical support cases using helpdesk software and provide solution concepts and guidance for complex troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Deliver high-level technical training to clients and contribute to professional service offerings such as customized installations and API programming support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field with additional qualifications in IT (Cloud/Networks) preferred or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with database structures.
  • Programming skills in C#, Python, SQL, Flutter, and MongoDB are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to produce technical documentation.
  • Analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, with any additional language being a plus.
