Operative Position Overview

Job Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues when needed, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Perform manual repairs and maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Assist with the installation and movement of equipment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Receive goods, accurately checking and organizing stock to meet customer demands.
  • Pick and pack customer orders, guaranteeing timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Deliver items to designated locations, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Utilize various computer systems to track and manage tasks, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong foundation in technical skills, with previous experience working as an operator in a technical/manufacturing/production environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and precision in work, with the ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Flexible, reliable, and hardworking, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable using software systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
