Financial Systems Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, functionality and development of financial systems across the wider finance function.

As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will serve as the finance lead for system enhancements, upgrades, and integration initiatives. You will optimise financial systems (including SAP BYD and Concur) to strengthen integrations, enable system improvements, and enhance reporting across Financial Control and FP&A teams.

You will partner with IT and other departments to ensure systems align effectively with business processes and requirements. You will also deliver training and support to finance and non-finance teams on system capabilities and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the finance lead for system enhancements, upgrades, and integration initiatives.
  • Optimise financial systems to strengthen integrations, enable system improvements, and enhance reporting.
  • Partner with IT and other departments to ensure systems align effectively with business processes and requirements.
  • Deliver training and support to finance and non-finance teams on system capabilities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain automated financial reports and dashboards to support informed management decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as a fully qualified accountant and proven experience working in a similar role for at least 2-3 years. They will have demonstrated experience in financial accounting roles with substantial systems involvement and practical experience implementing ERP systems.
