Client Relationship Manager
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships to deliver exceptional services and meet customer needs. This includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating project requirements and timelines, and selecting suitable suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert technical input on print projects as required.
- Take briefs from clients, including full specification details and deadline dates, and manage them from start to finish.
- Suggest innovative solutions and alternatives where possible.
- Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on their knowledge.
- Brief suppliers on client requirements.
- Deliver high-quality customer service.
- Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time.
- Maintain accurate records using designated company tools.
- Stay up-to-date with HH Global's range of services and collaborate with internal departments.
- Implement new methods and procedures as needed.
- Work as part of a team to achieve contractual objectives, prepare presentations, and complete necessary account administration and reporting.
- Ensure invoicing procedures are followed.
- Able to attend meetings away from the client site when required.
- Perform press checks as necessary, often outside normal working hours.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Agree and manage budgets and profit and loss statements.
- Evaluate performance to maximize profit.
- Deliver services that meet and exceed contracted Service Level Agreements.
- Manage and monitor objectives to achieve key business drivers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction and take appropriate action.
- Previous experience in account management, working within a contracted environment with strict SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Experience in a client-facing role is essential.
- Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred.
- POS conceptual experience.
- Previous experience working in print is essential.
- Ability to troubleshoot unexpected project issues and implement preventative measures is preferred.
- Leadership and management experience is desirable.
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of technical print knowledge with detailed understanding of different techniques.
- Experienced and confident with press checking.
- Professional, courteous, and calm under pressure.
- Project management mindset.
- Process-driven with an eye for sales and business development.
- Approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings.
- Able to communicate effectively with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Apps is preferred but not essential.
