Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and accessible financial records
    • Identify inconsistencies and discrepancies in financial information
    • Complete operational finance processes efficiently
    • Process customer-driven transactions, including refunds, journals, cash payments, and settlements
    • Manage unallocated/suspense cash items proactively
  • Compliance through Risk Management:
    • Create and maintain documentation for owned processes
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, legislative, and regulatory requirements
    • Maintain accurate records for audit purposes
  • Customer Service:
    • Maintain high standards of internal and external relationships
    • Resolve queries promptly to deliver superior customer service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance
  • Relevant business/accounting qualification (desired)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services
