Music Therapist Wanted to Lead Clinic Operations

The Music Therapy Clinic is seeking an experienced professional to manage its day-to-day activities, including referrals, scheduling, administration, and service coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and communicate effectively with colleagues, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinic operations, including referrals, scheduling, and administration
  • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy sessions using appropriate clinical and musical approaches
  • Maintain accurate records and evaluate outcomes
  • Liaise with colleagues, educators, and healthcare professionals
  • Plan workshops for staff, students, and external partners
  • Engage in outreach work in day facilities or other community settings
  • Adhere to professional standards and confidentiality policies
  • Participate in continuing professional development and supervision

This role requires a high level of proficiency in one or more instruments, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clinicians outside the clinic and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
