About the Role

The Operations Team Lead will oversee a team of personnel, ensuring they are properly equipped and addressing current operational challenges.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of personnel to ensure they are prepared for duty and receive necessary instructions.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, walking or sitting.
Essential Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least five years of experience in leadership roles in the military, police or security industry is necessary.
  • A valid Top Secret Clearance (Active) and Diplomatic Passport are required.
Key Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
Work Environment

This role involves working in an office setting with frequent computer use and requires occasional travel. Exposure to computer screens is expected.
