Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Strategist to lead our clients in developing effective business plans and growth strategies. This role will involve working closely with clients to design 3-5 year corporate strategy, market entry, route to market, organisational, and M&A strategies.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to scope projects, lead analysis, and own delivery across a range of clients and industries. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding teams of senior associates and analysts to deliver strategy engagements and projects.

  • Leading and guiding teams to deliver strategy engagements and projects.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to junior team members.
  • Nurturing relationships and building opportunities for follow-on work through trust and excellence of delivery.
  • Cultivating client relationships which result in new business opportunities; creating thought leadership and delivering client pitches leveraging global networks for insights and expertise.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree qualification with 5+ years experience in strategy consulting.
  • Outstanding communication skills and an ability to create and deliver compelling narratives, grounded in data insights and market drivers.
  • A curious and proactive attitude, ability and desire to take ownership of projects, work streams or overall projects from start to finish.
  • Analytical thinkers with demonstrable financial modelling experience.
